Brooks Spellings has called Nashville home her whole life — and for the past 13+ years, she's helped buyers and sellers navigate Middle Tennessee real estate with a second-generation Realtor®'s eye for this city's neighborhoods and market.
Real estate is the family business! Brooks Spellings grew up in Nashville watching her mother, Beverly, who has 49 years in the industry, building relationships and guiding local families through home purchases — and thirteen-plus years ago, Brooks joined her, now working side by side as a licensed Broker. Growing up alongside that legacy gave her an insider's view of what a home purchase really means to a family and how to best serve her clients, long before she held a license of her own.
A graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy, Brooks went on to earn dual degrees — a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration — from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. These days, few neighborhoods are as familiar to her as East Nashville, where she's owned her own home since 2016 and holds an investment property as well.
Brooks represents both buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee, and her results have earned her Silver, Gold, and Sapphire honors from Greater Nashville Realtors® every year from 2016 through 2025, along with Life Member status in the organization. She added her Broker's license to her credentials in 2020. Many of her buyer clients are relocating from out of state — New York, Washington, California, Chicago, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and beyond — and she takes particular pride in helping newcomers find not just a house, but the right neighborhood. On the seller side, she works across every price point and property type, focused on helping clients capture the full value of what they've built.
Brooks gives back close to home, serving on the board of The McNeilly Center for Children and supporting Homes 4 Homes, a nonprofit dedicated to building housing for those in need.
Off the clock, you'll find Brooks cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers, Titans, and Predators, walking her rescue dog Butter around the neighborhood, or working out at OrangeTheory — she's finished five half marathons so far. She's just as likely to be found experimenting in the kitchen, drawing inspiration from Nashville's ever-growing restaurant scene. Travel is another passion, one she now shares with her husband, Jonathan.

Annie WaddleBrooks was truly amazing to work with! She got us from Zillow listing to closing in no time, all while navigating some surprises during inspection. I wouldn't work with anyone else, and I trust her completely during the home buying process.
